Delivery Options
We offer same-day delivery and next-day delivery for your convenience.
Orders placed before 9:30am may qualify for same-day delivery, depending on availability and location. Orders placed after this time will normally be scheduled for the next available delivery slot.
Order Processing and Dispatch
All food orders are freshly prepared and carefully packaged after payment has been received. Once your order is ready, it will be dispatched using our trusted local delivery partners.
You will receive order confirmation and delivery updates so you know when to expect your meal.
Delivery Charges
Delivery fees may vary depending on the delivery location and size of the order. The exact delivery cost will be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.
Multiple Orders
To avoid additional delivery charges, we recommend placing all items in one order. Orders placed separately will be treated as separate deliveries and may attract individual delivery fees.

All meals are packaged in secure, food-safe containers to maintain freshness, hygiene, and quality during transit.
Returns and Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of food products, returns are generally not accepted. However, if there is an issue with your order (incorrect item, damaged packaging, or quality concern), please contact us immediately after delivery, and we will do our best to resolve the matter promptly.
